Description
This ongoing issue has progressively gotten worse over the years; the heaving sidewalk poses an immediate threat to pedestrians on a daily basis. People trip on this hazard almost every day. It is shocking to me that someone has not yet been seriously injured and sued the City of Richmond. This has been a ongoing problem at this location for years. It has been repeatedly reported and ignored, but now the walk is truly a problem and needs immediate attention.
