Description
There are 5 city trees on South side of Kingcrest Pkwy. 3 of the trees have apparently large partially broken limbs hanging over the street. Three of them are rotten. One of the trees dropped are sizable limb on my drive today and the remainder appears rotten. There is a deab limb in the city tree on my
