Description
"Speed hump" is unless. This has not slowed down traffic violations but it has increase noise from cars and trucks not slowing down. Either make more defined ie widen or make higher or remove Waste of tax payers money. At this point rumble strips would be more effective.

- Staff · March 25, 2024Speed tables are installed city-wide in accordance with the City of Richmond design standard which has been very effective in calming traffic. Any modifications require a capital improvement project which is unfunded.
