Description
The northbound signal to cross Monument on Malvern heading toward Broad St does not turn green after midnight. The signal on Malvern crossing Monument heading toward Cary does turn green. After multiple cycles of watching other lights cycle through normally I was forced to turn left on a red light on Monument Ave.
