Description

A few weeks ago, the asphalt around the manholes on dunston was removed. Orange cones have been placed on the manholes. This is a huge disruption to traffic and is a dangerous hazzard. Many street parked cars block traffic around the cones or are parked so close that they are almost hit. Please finish the job you started!!
