Description
There is a large, reoccurring pothole on Cedar Street, just east of the intersection with North 21st street. It has been patched multiple times, however it appears as if the ground beneath it is collapsing instead of the roadway degrading. It is is easy 4-6 inches deep and needs to be addressed.
