Description

The continued presence of garbage on the ground is deeply frustrating. The garbage is rotting. It is blowing all over the alley, including into neighboring homes and yards. This pile has existed for months. Considering the persistence of this issue, it appears the building needs additional dumpsters. Please fix this.
