Description
Cars turning left from Grandview Townhomes DO NOT yield right of way to people going foward or turning right from Westover Gardens onto Jahnke. Daily occurance. The traffic light is already an issue as there should be turn lights....so dangerous/speeding and limited sight for those turning into the Grandview Complezlx or Westover Gardens. This guy on his phone and not yielding.
