- System · August 22, 2024Citizen is following up; He states that this is a safety concern; He is concerned about the elderly residents in the area falling down. Citizen is requesting a completion date, and he originally submitted a request for this sidewalk 09/2021.
- Staff · August 29, 2024Upon investigation, it was found that the needed repairs are categorized as “low priority” and therefore have not been assigned a specific timeframe for completion. Our maintenance team is currently conducting “high priority” repairs deemed unsafe, by way of immediate endangerment to citizen health and safety. Future update inquiries should be made in 6-month increments.
