Description

During spring and summer months the alley is over grown because residents do not keep vegetation controlled. I have attempted but the whole alley is too much for me to handle. Because the vegetation is so dense, perpetrators are more inclined to dump tires, furniture and other debris. Exponentially exacerbating the hazards to neighboring properties
