Description

Construction workers continue to open a gate blocking pedestrian access to an already precarious sidealk as well as running cords and power cables from trucks on the street to the site. Because there are also cars parked, pedestrians are forced to walk in the street. Construction debris has begun overflowing into the right of way as well. No signage or guidance is visible.

An inspector has visited this location; the inspector spoke with a representative of the construction company and advised/reminded that the sidewalk must remain passable for pedestrians.
