Description
The I Deck parking lot for VCU does not allow traffic to turn left out of the parking lot area to get onto 64 or 95. Traffic must turn RIGHT and go to 7th & Duval and turn left and go through the roundabout or turn right at the light and go around the block. The problem is the traffic light is only GREEN for 8 seconds. This does not allow but 3-4 cars to go through the light at a time. If the light cycle could be changed from 8 seconds to 15 or 20 seconds it would help.
