Description

Sidewalk is broken or cracked in multiple spots along the building. Many panels have been lifted and shifted by nearby tree roots. Patches were applied in the past but are no longer effective. This block is highly dangerous to walk on, especially for elderly persons. It almost seems impassable in one spot if someone were wheelchair bound.
