- Staff · May 8, 2024This location was inspected on 5-8-2024. 10' x 5' of concrete sidewalk was found lifted from tree roots. The repair will be conducted according to the rating system and safety hazard concerns. (HP) Thank you for contacting the City of Richmond’s Department of Public Works. In order to receive the best quality of service, RVA311 requests should be limited to three (3) separate requests per household. Multiple requests associated with the same block of sidewalk and/or duplicate requests severely slow down the response and repair to damaged locations. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding of the request and resolution processes associated with sidewalk maintenance.
