The assessed area at 3113 W Franklin St has been referred to maintenance for a process called concrete shaving; a process which evens out the sidewalk and eliminates tripping hazards. The damage shown in the attached picture is located at 3115 Monument Ave. Please see DPW000085491 for repair updates. In the future, please make sure to select the correct address for your request In order to receive the best quality of service, RVA311 requests should be limited to three (3) separate requests per household. Multiple requests associated with the same block of sidewalk and/or duplicate requests severely slow down the response and repair to damaged locations. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding of the request and resolution processes associated with sidewalk maintenance.
