Description
We think the lights at the corner of Byrd Street and 2nd Street have a very little or no delay which could lead to more accidents. Can you please check the signal delay going both directions.

The intersection was reviewed at the time the request was submitted. Our evaluation confirmed that the signal is operating as designed, and the intersection has a Level of Service (LOS) rating of C, which indicates acceptable performance and delay under current conditions.
