Where Sidewalk meets alley of 2 S ADDISON ST - wheelchair and strollers cant pass as the sidewalk is 4inches taller than alley road. See pictures - please flatten sidewalk sknit is even to alley groubd for wheelchair and stroller access as there is a daycare on that corner and many businesses. High pedestrian walking area.
