Description

in 2022 we requested and obtained approval from the City to remove a tree in our tree box due to harassment from our mostly white neighbors. I am an African American woman and the only one on my street. While I was gone someone from the City planted a tree in the tree box in front of my house. I did not request it and want it removed. I am angry that the city did not ask me the homeowner about this since we asked for the prior tree to be removed,
