Description
Residents are piling brush in the alley, and the city truck that picks it up is running over our water meters and creating large ruts that become breeding grounds for mosquitoes. This happens on a nearly biweekly basis from the spring into the fall. The frequency of pickups and quantity of brush is shifting the entire alley over.
