    The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed on N 23rd St is 26 mph. The speed samples show compliance with this 25mph speed zone for a residential street. Speed tables are not panned but we will plan to install 25mph signs in each direction.
