Description
A car slowed down to let me (a pedestrian) cross the road and the oncoming traffic did not yield AT ALL when coming into the traffic circle. And that includes BOTH a police officer AND a GRTC bus driver. It's so unsafe and the laws of a traffic circle are so disregarded that those who enforce the law and literally drive for a living don't even follow the rules. I am BEGGING you, please do something. I saw a child waiting in the middle of the circle forever to try to cross safely. It's HORRIBLE.
