Description
At the bottom of the stairs that connect north and south 26th st (at e franklin) there is an accumulation of junk and trash that is posing a hazard. Two hypodermic needles have been found. Old windows, crates, blankets and trash were left by a group of men that were using the area as an encampment. The discarded sharps are a serious problem along with the stray cats and rodents that it has attracted.
