Description

First request evidently lost. Leaking substance from two spots leaving brown stains on tree, gutter, cars parked. City arborist was called before on this tree, but it needs to be evaluated again before it becomes a hazard to personal property or falls across the street. Submitted request on February 4, 2024. Received an email confirming submission. Have been patiently waiting. It is now March 8, 2024.
