Description
Our street has not been paved in years. It has uneven, patched bumps and potholes. The River Hills neighborhood on Evelyn Byrd Road, Riverside Drive, and Westover Hills Blvd. North are featured in Historic Richmond at the end of April. A freshly paved road is ideal to accommodate increased traffic, participants’ safety, and street parking.
