Description
The alley on N 1st Street is bordered by my house, and by 101-107 E Leigh Street on the north. The alley doglegs behind our house and continues, parallel to 1st and 2nd Street, behind the Hippodrome. Truck drivers treat the alley as a shortcut from 1st to 2nd Street,. Anything larger than a panel van cannot make the sharp right turn: the alley is too narrow. We have had to repair our fence several times in the past year after trucks attempted to squeeze through.
