there are reflectors and lane markings can not be seen at night....there have been several dangerous accidents because at night the tree in the median can't bee seen

    A Delineator is meant to highlight a hidden hazard from the drivers persepective such as a curb or ditch. The tree in the median with nearby city light posts make it a visible obstruction that vehicles have time to navigate around. If city lights are malfunctioning, please contact DPU.
