Description
The no left turn signal and subsequent constant red arrow at W Broad and N Blvd is confusing, as it almost appears to come on at random times. Having “No left turns Xday-Yday XX:XX-YY:YY” would cut down on the constant amount of people in a temporarily non-functioning left turn lane, as often times there is a semi truck obscuring the fact the no left turn signal is lit up until a driver is in the lane. It was five or six cars deep today and disrupted traffic.
