Description
Entrance alley into Cava, Chipotle, and Panera Bread is filled with potholes, loose gravel, and severely uneven pavement that spreads out onto Laurel St. and around the back of the establishments Customers and employees of each franchise have complained of the entrance seemingly getting "worse every week." One (1) traffic cone placed fails to express how poorly the ally's pavement is on vehicles.
