Description
Alley hasnt been graded graveled in any years. Hardly any gravel, earthen base which has gulleys which hold quite a bit of water. Requesting alley to be graded/crushen run and graveled. My fear is that with spring summer rains, this alley will be a breeding ground for mosquitos. Thank you!!
