Description
The roadway is crumbling in front of citizens mailbox. This poses a danger to citizen's husband who is in a wheelchair when he tries to collect the mail, Previous request DPW155657 submitted 10/23/23 states maintenance complete 2/4/24, but a pothole was filled in front of her neighbors home with completed service request and no pothole request was submitted by neighbor or citizen. Citizen is requesting call regarding repair to roadway
