Description

Tree ID 103402, 103403, 103404 and 103405 are all in poor condition and are dying. Dominion periodically cuts sections that were touching power lines. Limbs regularly fall into street, easement and yard. They are in desperate need of removal. Images are provided. Your assistance is greatly appreciated in this matter.
