Description

Redbud planted by the city through adopt a tree program ~4 years ago. The tree is currently at the growing "out" vs growing "up" stage and the branches are obstructing the sidewalk. Branch diameter is too large for me to prune with standard loppers, so I was hoping city could come by and prune it (and if possible prune to encourage upward growth).
