Dear Citizen, Thank you for sharing your concern with us. Please note that all traffic signals were recently retimed within the City of Richmond. This initiative, part of the Citywide Retiming Project, aims to improve traffic flow and ensure smoother journeys for all commuters. Following the posted speed limits in the area is crucial to maintaining this improved traffic flow and increasing the chances of making it through green lights. No further action is needed at the moment. If you have any more questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to work on enhancing traffic conditions in our community. Thank you.
