Description
Alley between augusta and cutshaw, malvern ans lafayette is extremely rutted and has lots of standing water that will be a breeding ground for mosquitos come the summer. Work was done in this alley a year ago with heavy machinery to repair a serious water leak and it was not properly graded and gravel added. The alley is basically pure dirt and mud very little gravel is present. There are several areas with deep puddles that do not dry after rain.
