Description
See photo. Based on the overhead signs at this intersection, there are three lanes. The rightmost lane is very often unusable due to parked cars (as is the case in the photo). People are wasting gas, creating pollution & wasting time because they are unable to turn right on red due to the right lane being blocked (by parked cars). The No Parking sign should be moved two or three parking spaces further from 14th St which will allow drivers to use the right lane to turn on S 14th St. Thank you.
