Citizen would like signs for the whole 1000 block of Melrose between Melrose and Chamberlayne and Melrose and Brook rd. Citizen are speeding through this area

    DPW must use the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) for all highway signs on public streets. This is a national manual used by all states and localities. “Slow down” signs are not in the MUTCD therefore are not planned.
