Description

Damage was caused by the Dept. of Public Works. Last week they replaced a fire hydrant and filled the adjacent drainage ditch with rock, blocking the ditch, which was recently cleaned out, so water now runs onto and across the street and into my yard at 7852 Rockfalls Dr.
