Description
We woke up and our can was just gone. You trash people constantly switch and swap the cans and I wouldn’t be surprised if someone saw their can in our area and took it back. That would fall on the city of Richmond. Almost every time our trash is taken the can is left in the middle of the road and it’s a different code on the front.
