Description
Why does DPW mow the same areas of grass literally everyday in Byrd Park? They also mowed the grass all winter long when it clearly didnt need maintaining. Seems like a huge waster of fuel and resources. Ive also seen crew members sleeping in their trucks literally all day with the trucks idlding.
