Description
This area, both going down boulevard toward the highway and heading east on Cary for EXCESSIVE solo speeding and drag racing nightly. Even with noise canceling earplugs in, this extremely loud and disruptive practice has woken me from sleep many times. My child was almost hit by these cars doing this in daylight, not paying attention to people crossing the street at their time to do so. The speed limit is 25 and people go in excess of 50 every single day. Someone is going to get killed. Help.
