Description

In relation to recent Tree Removal - Stump Remains via DPW000156358 - after stump is removed - sidewalk can be re-leveled / restored to flat state with sufficient opening for tree to be replanted after sidewalk is resolved. The prior tree lifted and distorted the walkway. There are other problematic areas of the sidewalk on this block.
