Description

A concrete "block" has surfaced in the median strip on Hermitage Avenue immediately north of the intersection with Laburnum. It presents a real tripping hazard and also a hazard to mowing the median. We tried to fill it temporarily with some available asphalt pieces to keep people from falling into its hole and injuring themselves.

    7/18/24 @ 11:10a- Spoke with caller Ms. Thoroman regarding this request. She said she didn't have a problem with us closing out the ticket although the concrete block was still in the ground. She said her concern was lawnmowers cutting in that area.
