Description
Drivers seem unaware that they are entering a school zone. It feels unsafe crossing any intersection along E Clay, especially during morning school drop off as everyone seems to be driving like they’re late. It is only a matter of time before a pedestrian is hit.

- Staff · March 11, 2024Clay St between 28th St and 32nd St has traffic circles at 29th St and at 31st St. Clay also has pedestrian crossing warning signs and School pavement messages. Staff will field review and make sure all signs and markings are present and in good condition. DMV crash data for the latest eight-year period did not show any reported pedestrian crashes in this same street section.
