Description
While Northside avenue has stop signs, it is one of the longest and widest streets around in the neighborhood and people frequently drag race two cars down this road and rarely does anyonr obey thr stop signs. Please consider putting in a speed hump or some other control measure, there are lots of kids on this street and people frequently speed all the way from Meadowbridge to Richlond-Henrico turnpike without stopping. Thank you.

This includes Meadowbridge, Wellington, Napoleon and Richmond Henrico Turnpike depending on the direction of travel. The block sections measure approximately 400’, 460’ and 630’. Speed tables are not planned since vehicles have to stop at each block in the short street sections.
