Description
Need to fill in the gravel alleyway behind 14 W Lancaster Rd home. Collects a lot of water and is difficult to drive through. It has been over 7 months since this original request was filed. Please address because it is a safety concern and hazard at this point with mosquito populations growing and continual erosion of gravel in alley.
