Description
I would recommend parking adjustments more so than speed control. I'm referencing the upper parking entrance/exit at the Carytown Publix. When exiting out of the lot onto Cary St, it is pretty dangerous. Cars are coming down Cary St and many are also turning into the lot. The big issue is that it's very hard to see oncoming traffic, as there's often several cars parked along the curb in front of the Chase Bank. It would be ideal if parking was prohibited there to some degree.
