Description
Caller states the trash collector's took the supercan about 2 months ago they said the handle was broken and he advised her that he would report it and one would be delivered. Caller is upset that to date she hasn't rec'd the replacement supercan. Caller was advised if there's a supercan there it wouldn't be replaced. Caller wanted to speak to Refuse directly.
