Description
Apologies as this issue didnt really match the other categories. We have a power line in the alley that is overgrown with vines and it is weighing the lines down. We severed the lower portion of the overgrowth in the interest of making the removal easier. We did communicate with Dominion prior to this request and they have stated that although the vegetation is on the lines, it is city maintenance and not them. Please advise!
