Description
this crosswalk is heavily used given that overbrook divides battery park. i use this crosswalk every day and drivers never yield, they are on their phones, and they speed. the current traffic calming method (circle in the intersection) is not enough. a speed bump or at least a sign reminding drivers that they must yield to pedestrians in the crosswalk would help.
