Description
I think the loop detector at the light was malfunctioning. I take Grace to Davis before turning left onto Broad a lot when going home at night; it's always a long wait at Davis but I waited for 5+ minutes this time, gave up, turned around, went to Robinson, and made a left all before it looked like the signal ever changed on Davis. I believe the time was around 9 PM on 2/18.
